OUR LADY AND ST GEORGE - GOZO

The Congregation of Our Lady and St George meets in the chapel of the Roman Catholic seminary in Victoria Gozo for which we are grateful to his Grace the Bishop of Gozo and the Rector of the seminary.

The address of the seminary is Triq Enrico Mizzi, Victoria, VCT 2042, Gozo. Entry is via the seminary courtyard doorway.

Having previously existed in a much more informal way, since the early 1970s the congregation was formally inaugurated in 2005. The patronal feast is that of St George on April 23 rd.

The Congregation of Our Lady and St George enjoys good relations with other denominations on the island and takes an active role in the ecumenical carol service and the service for the week of Christian unity. We welcome to our services, Christian brothers and sisters from all denominations.
